DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed All orders made on www.mettaglow.com are delivered by engaged third party logistics (3PL) service provider.

1) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. No deliveries are shipped or delivered on weekends and Public Holidays. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary. Kindly note that during times of exceptional high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or telephone if there is any long delay in shipment of your order.

2) Order updates can be tracked via 3PL link and tracking number sent through email.

  • Domestic shipping time: 4 – 7 business days
  • All shipping rates and respective delivery dates are automatically tabulated after you have input your delivery address during check out.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • You will receive a text message from 3PL confirming your delivery date and time window as soon as delivery has been scheduled. A tracking number will be provided by us to check on the status of your delivery. Please note that once the parcel has been handed to the logistics company, we will not have any control over the handling and delivery time. You may contact assigned 3PL for updates and further information.
  • We offer free standard local delivery with every order above SGD$60. Orders are processed and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    1. All Shipping rates and delivery rates are automatically tabulated after you have input your delivery address during check out. There will be additional shipping costs for express delivery services. Please take note we will require 2-3 days to prepare the parcel for shipping. 
    2. Customs and Duties
    • Please note shipping rates do not include import taxes, duties and custom fees. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and must be paid to the carrier before goods are released to you.

    PAYMENTS OPTIONS

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you are using a credit card, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment. Upon checkout once your order has been finalized, you will have the option of making your payment by PayPal or credit card. When selecting to pay with PayPal, you’ll be sent to the PayPal site to complete your payment. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be automatically redirected back to mettaglow.com site.
