What is Metta Glow exchange and return policy?
We welcome the return of products purchased on mettaglow.com within 7 days of receipt. See returns and exchanges (Terms) for information about sending products you’ve ordered from us.
What if the order I received does not match the one I placed?
We are happy to rectify any errors. Kindly contact customer service at CustomerCare@MettaGlow.com within 7 days of receipt of product with a photo of the wrong product and your order reference number. You will also need to send back to our production office.
How do I return a damaged product?
You can request an exchange if product arrived is damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged immediately with a written description of the defect and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org Exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of product. Metta Glow will contact you to assist you on the process to receiving your replacement.
- If product has separate parts, we may send replacements for only parts that were damaged.
How do I request a refund of a product which I have purchased?
We do not allow refunds for non-defective products due to hygiene purposes, unless the product is damaged or defective. Refunds for damaged or defective products is reviewed on case-to-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Metta Glow.
If I have a change of mind or am dissatisfied with the product purchased after using it, can I request for a refund or exchange?
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Metta Glow do not accept partially used products or products with broken seals due to hygiene and quality control reasons.

Does the retail price includes taxes?
International orders may be subjected to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination, and are sole responsibility of the recipient.
